Customised & Personalised Items
Because embroidered and printed garments are made to your specification, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or incorrect. Please check all sizes, colours and artwork carefully before approving your order.
Standard (Non-Personalised) Items
Unworn, unwashed standard items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or not as ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll put it right with a replacement or refund.
